About Amazing Panda
Fashion Zoo holds annual show with specific theme in mind. In 2019, BAOBAB focused on designing panda with chinese minority groups inspired graphics, thus the exhibition series Amazing Panda was born. My design team and I put together 56 adorable pandas that were shown on many promotional graphics and merchandised for Fashion Zoo exhibition.

Multiple ethnic groups live in China, the area claimed by both the People's Republic of China, and the Republic of China. We want to celebrate the cultural diversity in China, but through modern trendy perspective.
Each panda has a different pattern that was inspired by one ethnic group. Panda is China’s national symbol, adding different minority groups inspired patterns on panda symbolized celebration of unity and heterogeneity.
